Dancercise Classes

These dynamic sessions combine the best of dance and exercise, offering a perfect blend of cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and dance-inspired choreography. No dance experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and let the music guide you through a fun-filled journey of fitness. Elevate your heart rate, tone your body, and boost your energy while grooving to uplifting tunes. Ms Gem will lead you through a series of easy-to-follow dance routines, ensuring a fantastic workout that feels like a dance party.
Select the date/s that you wish to book in for or select the term-based price to book all classes in the term at a special, discounted rate of $14 per session.
Term 3 includes 11 classes beginning Mon 9th July - Monday 16th September.

Alternatively, go back to the products page and select a Multi class discount (2, 3 or 4 EDS classes booked for the entire term for a discounted price) or a Class Pass (also for a discounted price).

Classes are located at Studio 16- 16 Lilydale Avenue, Eynesbury.
