- Orders may take 4 - 6 weeks to process.
- Bottle personalisation is permitted. No changes are to be made to EDS clothing.
- EDS logo is copyright.
- Seniors must wear the crossover and jacket as outerwear.
- T-shirts may be worn to and from and during class, over leotards and may be worn over crossover.
- Some merchandise items will be worn during performances. Those who have not purchased such items may borrow them. Purchase is preferred for hygiene reasons.
- Bottles and white t-shirts are provided to student teachers and teaching assistants.
Class Passes-
- Class Passes will expire 6 months after purchase date.
- Participants registering for classes using their Class Pass must email class and date preferences 24 hours prior to class scheduled time.
- If notice of absenteeism is given 12 hours prior to class start time, trasnference of class is available.
- Notice of absencepost 12 hours of class time or no noitice, will result in forfiet of that class on class pass.
- Term- based discounts and multi- class term discounts-
- Term discounts expire and are unavilable to purchase half way through the school term (Tm1- wk4, Tm2- wk7, Tm3- wk5, Tm4- wk4)
- No refunds given after payment and registeration.
- Refunds will not be given for absenteeism, even if notice if given.
- Transferernce of classes not avaiable for absenteeism.
- Cancellation notification of a class by EDS will be given 8-12 hours prior to class start time. No refund will be given, however, a transfer to another class and/or date can be made.
