Dance Flow Classes
"Dance Flow" is a dynamic open-aged fitness class that combines Pilates, Jazz, and Contemporary/ Lyrical/ Ballet influences. Beginning with Pilates-inspired warm-ups, focusing on core stability, it progresses to Jazz-infused sequences for cardiovascular health. You will then engage in fluid Contemporary/ Lyrical/ Balletic movements, aka "flowing movements" enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Toning and strengthening exercises are woven throughout, targeting muscles for sculpting and improved body awareness. Suitable for all levels, "Dance Flow" offers a comprehensive fitness experience.
